The customer has the right to modify the order before shipping is completed by communicating on WhatsApp or email.
If the order has been shipped, the store cannot modify the order as it is now with the shipping company.
The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time according to the following:
If the order is not shipped, the full amount will be returned to the customer
If the order is shipped, the shipping value and the return value will be deducted and the amount will be deposited in the customer’s account after the product is returned from the shipping company
If the customer does not receive the product from the shipping company for any reason, the shipping value will be deducted and the product will be returned according to the shipping company’s cost. If the customer wants to return the shipping to him again, he must pay the shipping cost again, as it is paid to the shipping company.
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase process through the online store, if the store is late in delivering the shipment or order for more than 15 days, unless there is another date for delivery, and the amount paid will be refunded without incurring any costs.
The customer also has the right within seven days to exchange or return the item provided that it has not been opened according to the following:
If the reason for the return is the customer’s desire, the customer will bear the cost of shipping and return.
If the reason is a defect in the product, the store will bear the shipping and return costs.
If the reason for the damage to the product is exposure to heat and the customer chooses a shipping company that does not ship a refrigerator during the summer period, the product will not be returned.
