Possibility of return and exchange
Reasons for return and exchange
1.1. The following table shows our return and exchange policy according to the category of each product:
You have the right to return the product within three days of receiving it in the following cases:
- The product has never been used
It must be in its original condition with its original packaging
You received the wrong product
You received a product that was not as described on the site
You received a damaged product
You have the right to exchange the product within three days of receiving it if you change your mind
1.2. Non-returnable Products: You are not entitled to return or exchange any of the following products:
1.2.1. that have been previously used, damaged by you, or are in a condition different from what you received them.
1.2.2. Any consumables that have been used or installed in something else.
1.2.3. Any products that are devoid of their serial number or have been tampered with.
1.2.4. Any products related to public health and personal care such as: bath towels, pillows, and bed linen.
1.2.5. Products that are not returnable for health reasons, which have been opened after delivery, or if they are mixed with other items after delivery.

1.4. How to refund
1.4.1. For products that have been delivered, we will refund the value of the product subject to return in full including the fees for returning the product to us (excluding fees paid to ship the product to you) and this applies in the following cases:

220.127.116.11. If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, such as an error in pricing or description, or delay in delivery beyond the agreed date, and so on.
For all other cases, we will refund the value of the returned product (excluding the fees paid to ship the product to you) and you will bear the cost of returning the product to us.
For products that have not been delivered, you are entitled to receive a full refund if you cancel the purchase order.
1.5. Refund procedures: The refund will be the same as how you paid it, as follows:
1.5.1. If you have paid for cash on delivery, we will return the value to your e-wallet, or
1.5.2. If you have paid by credit/debit card, you can choose between refunding the amount to the credit/debit card, or placing it in your electronic wallet.
1.6. When will the refund be refunded: The amount will be refunded to you at the same time we receive and inspect the product at our Customer Merchandise Configuration Center, and your final payment will be as follows:
1.6.1. If the refund will be made to your credit/debit card: This will be done within thirty (30) days from the day we received the returned product at our Customer Merchandise Configuration Center.
1.6.2. If the amount will be returned to your electronic wallet, we will refund the amount immediately after we receive the product at our Customer Goods Configuration Center, and the product is inspected by us, or
1.6.3. If you cancel the purchase before the shipping date, the amount will be automatically refunded to you.
